| Refunds |
Registration fees will be refunded until March 21, 2008, less a $50 administrative fee. |
| Lunch |
Thursday
& Friday buffet lunches, as well as refreshments, are included with registration. |
| Parking |
Free parking is available for conference participants in the lot adjacent to Reser Stadium at the corner of 26th and Western Boulevard. Parking is also free on the floors 1 - 4 of the parking garage. Do not use the Hilton Garden Inn (HGI) parking lot unless you are staying there. The lot behind the HGI is no longer available for parking. Parking is first-come, first served. |
| Lodging |
We recommend lodging at the conference hotel, the Hilton Garden Inn (Corvallis).
A block of rooms for the OSU Gerontology Conference have been reserved for April 1, 2008 - April 7, 2008. The special room rate will be available until March 12th or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first. Book by March 12th to receive the special discount rate! Single King and two Queen bed rooms are offered at $99 USD/night.

| The University Book Store |
At the conference, the
Oregon State University Bookstore (541 737-1505) will sell books from the Book Group Session as well as a selection of fiction, nonfiction, and children’s books related to conference content. |

Continuing
Education Credit
|

Certificates of Attendance and Certificates of Continuing Education are available. The cost is $10 each. If you register online and pay for a certificate, the certificate will be in your conference folder. If you do not pre-pay for a certificate, but would like one, you may purchase one onsite at the Cashiers Table located at the front registration desk.
